Remembering My Loved One

Remembering My Loved One

Memories are not only joyful and loving; they can be painful and sad too. Over a lifetime we create millions of memories.

When we grieve, we sometimes forget the beauty that we once shared with the ones we have lost. Grieving is very painful, but necessary, yet loving thoughts and memories just give us a break from the intensity of our grief.

In this exercise I’d like to invite you to remember some of the beautiful memories of your (loved one). Write at least three memories that fill your heart with love and joy when you think about your (loved one).

Once you have written down the three beautiful memories, sit quietly for a while and soak up the beautiful energy that you created through the loving memories of your (loved one). Allow yourself to feel this beautiful energy, you deserve it.

“I remember you!”
